Tḩer ǎē Kēä (/θɜ̌ː/ /ɑ̌æ/ [elegant] [space (empty area); room (space)]) is a subtropical Town located in the Vyedlupglá Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Tḩer ǎē Kēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Tḩer ǎē Kēä was founded by Lagorien Belegorn Uirneth, who was culturaly Goblin.

Climate

Tḩer ǎē Kēä has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 4°C (39°F). Overview

Tḩer ǎē Kēä was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1078, by Lagorien Belegorn Uirneth. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Tḩer ǎē Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tḩer ǎē Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Tḩer ǎē Kēä is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad baked earthen streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Astonishigly, the peasent-grade are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

Tḩer ǎē Kēä is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

Tḩer ǎē Kēä has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Tḩer ǎē Kēä has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Tḩer ǎē Kēä is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.

Cultural Notes

Tḩer ǎē Kēä's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.

Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is short in Tḩer ǎē Kēä.

The Yothga near Tḩer ǎē Kēä are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Tḩer ǎē Kēä's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves performance art to channel Necromancy energies of tier 3 via throat chanting.
